Gmail Mass Email Marketing with SalesHandy!
Hey everyone!! So I’m excited to share a new email marketing tool with you that I recently discovered. If you are like me and have thousands and thousands of emails from your social connections, business connections, and subscribes, you have likely looked into many expensive and typical default solutions like Mailchimp.com and Getresponse.com
I honestly found myself very apprehensive with regard to blasting my lists with me very awesome content, products, and opinions. You know why… people can have a bad day or hate on your hustle and report you for spam / unsolicited emails regardless of your professionalism and regardless of your past connection/conversations.
Some people believe that those GetResponse and Aweber platforms are these dragon-rider mystical hero who help us with shooting out awesomeness to our email lists for a home run into our contacts inbox every time, no matter how spammy the content of the email is. I suggest you stay away from spammy-style emails, but you know how you all can get when you are really excited about a product or news about something successful in your life.
The real deal Holyfield truth is that service platforms like these aren’t really all that magical. In all actuality, they are pretty militant with regard to what leads you are allowed to email and the type of content you are allowed to send. They charge more and more the bigger your list becomes and before you know it, your account gets banned for reasons like ‘high spam complaints’ or ‘not allowed content’ — usually brought on by pure hateration.
Well, needless to say, I didn’t want to go through that. I didn’t even want to test blast anyone and risk 1 spam complaint even though I know my emails would bring immense value. This is why I scanned the web for the ultimate tool and found it!
I signed up for the free trial but was so excited about the tool that I just went ahead and signed up for the annual plan.
The tool is called Sales Handy and it spoke to my inner hype man because it allows you to mass send emails to 200–2000 recipients at a time over a variable interval of time, 1600–2000 per day max is recommended.
This is the ultimate Sales Engagement platform for data-focused people who crave a tool and process that prevents your emails from ending up in spam whilst also reducing the bounce rate. Note: I strongly recommend running your own pre-spam check with https://www.mail-tester.com/
You just send the same email to the provided email address in the pre-filled filled as you would to your email list and this site will check the spammy-ness of your email. Tip: stay away from images and link filled emails with strange and generic subject lines without the recipient’s name in the body of the email. Don’t wanna listen = Hello spam box :)

In addition to the above super awesome benefit of mass emailing through Gmail, there are many more awesome features to learn and consider for use. These features include:
- Email Tracking: Know what happens after you hit send.
2. Email Scheduling: Send your emails at a time when they are most likely to be opened.
3. Email Merge Campaign: Send auto-personalized emails to multiple recipients at one go! Ensure your emails land in recipients’ inbox and get 10x reply rates with trigger-based automated follow-ups.
4. Email Templates: Create, Save and Share Email Templates saving tons of time! Get a success report of each.
5. Document Tracking: track attachments/documents and know which prospects are engaging with your message the most.
There is much more but currently, I’m new at this tool and still learning it with their awesome video tutorials. I learn much better with video than reading tutorials. How about you?
